The Georgetown University Intern Housing Application goes live March 18, 2020.

This intern housing application is for non-Georgetown students that will be working with a Georgetown office during summer 2020 that are seeking summer accommodations. If you are a Georgetown Student, please complete the Intern Application on the Hoya Housing site. 

We are not housing any non-Georgetown affiliated individuals for summer 2020 in intern housing due to planned construction projects. Please note, all non-Georgetown student interns will be required to provide documentation in writing to summerhousing@georgetown.edu confirming that they will be working with a Georgetown Main Campus department.

Below are the housing options, rates, contractual obligations, and more information regarding dates of move in and out.

Options and Rates:

All intern housing will be in apartment style rooms assigned with other interns. You can find more information on our website, here.

Contractual Obligations:

Full amount must be paid at the time of application.

Cancellation Policy

Forfeit 20% of the full amount if written notice is sent to summerhousing@georgetown.edu by 12:00 pm EST, April 24, 2020.

Forfeit 50% of the full amount if written notice is sent to summerhousing@georgetown.edu between 12:00 pm EST, April 24, 2020 and 24 hours prior to the advertised arrival date.

Forfeit full amount for a no show or taking possession of the key and then not staying. Email may serve as written notice.

Dates:

All intern guests must stay/pay for a minimum of 5 weeks. 

All dates in/out are Sundays; participants may leave anytime within the week, but housing is only offered on a weekly basis.
